Learn to make one of the Hell Tenon. Known as jigoku-hozo in Japanese woodcraft and a foxed tenon wedge in Western world, it is a hidden wood joint that incorporates two pre inserted wedges that permanently lock the joint together. The devilishly hard joint is so named because once it’s in, it can’t get out!

You will walk away with your very own frame and a whole new skill set! All the necessary tools, material and training will be provided. Costs and availability are dependent on the participants skill level, contact me for details.

Accommodation is available if you wish to combine the training with an extended stay in Robin Hoods Bay.
